About
This is what Revival looks like.
Designed with fire. Made with soul.
Meet the Artist
I’m Angie, the artist behind Sierra Revival. I reimagine forgotten chairs and sculpt wearable art with bold fabrics, scorched edges, and a whole lot of love.
How the Revival Began
I’ve always been a maker, a do-it-by-hand, learn-by-doing kind of creative. From jewelry and gourd art to glasswork and sewing, I’ve followed inspiration wherever it led.
After I retired, I stumbled onto an amazing online chair upholstery class. Something about it clicked…it was like all the threads of my past creative lives came together in one beautiful, tactile medium. I knew right away that this wasn’t just a hobby. It was a calling.
I found my first chair and I brought to life what I had only seen in my mind. It turned out even better than I imagined. From that moment? I was in!
Then, by pure chance (or maybe not), I saw a video about burning designs onto hats. I didn’t even know that was a thing! But I did already own the burning tools from my gourd crafting days, all I needed were the hats. One burn and I was hooked!
I couldn’t choose between chairs or hats, they both stirred something in me. They both let me tell stories without needing to draw a single line.
For those stepping into their own story – maybe for the first time – these pieces are reminders of what it means to come home to yourself.

What I Believe
I believe in bold choices and quiet rebellions.
I believe in slow hands and strong instincts.
I believe the most powerful stories don’t need to be spoken; they’re stitched, scorched, and sewn.
I believe in beauty that lingers.
In pieces that mean something.
In honoring the past while creating something entirely new.
I don’t do safe. I do soulful.
